Full Description

We were hugely taken by this home, for all sorts of reasons. Reasons we'll endeavour to highlight here in our introductory summary....In no particular order we would start with the setting of this house. Nestled, if you will, slightly set behind the non through road of Broadheath, well screened by selectively planted shrubs. There's a backdrop of trees to the right and to the rear of the house, although the house is not overlooked from any of three sides. Which is just as well given the size of and orientation of the garden plot to the rear - perfectly for all that afternoon sun...

And so to within....

A hugely welcoming home with a very pleasant ambience all 'round. With a tasteful colour palette throughout, paired with comfortably proportioned accommodation, this is a house we would recommend to you without any reservations.

There are three reception rooms; a very comfortable living room with a square bay window; a front snug/tv room/study, as you will and a rear dining room enjoying the best views onto the garden and with access opening directly on to it. The kitchen is adjacent to this room and spans much of the width of the house (same garden views) and with a utility room to the other side of the room.

Up at first floor and to a generous landing area and to four bedrooms - three doubles and one single. The 'master' bedroom is to the rear of the house and enjoys a private rear garden view, a range of wall to wall 'robes and a particularly attractive full en suite shower room. The main bathroom has a four piece suite and services the other three bedrooms, one of which is similar in size to the master bedroom.

Back outside and you can see the off road parking for two, side by side in front of the double garage. Behind the garage is one of two patio areas and arguably from here the very best view of the full garden and open aspect views that surround it.

Locator
This home stands towards the top of Broadheath; nearer (but far away enough from) the main roads, giving easy access to the motorway or main artery road towards the tunnel. Free parking at Bidston train station is about five minutes by car and a number of popular schools are a similar distance away too.
